MSArch in Drylands Design: Kansas State University
Interested in the design of adaptation in dry lands? Join us for a presentation and discussion of ALI's MSArch, research agenda, and upcoming public initiatives.
ALI seeks students, researchers, and collaborators interested in having a real impact on design of the the built environment in water-stressed environments. Our one-year MSArch program uses Los Angeles as case study for exploring critical debates, tools and methods shaping water-intelligent architecture and urban form for drylands. The program integrates design studio with GIS, field study, history, policy, and science.
ALI's MSArch in Drylands Design is open to those holding a first professional degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, and to those in their final year of M.Arch or MLA studies.
To find out more, join ALI's founding co-directors Hadley and Peter Arnold for a presentation followed by informal discussion. Or contact us at info@aridlands.org.
